I have this service and absolutely love it. Twice this summer I was receiving perishable items via UPS and with the heat they couldn’t be left outside at my door for any length of time. The day before delivery I received and email letting me know the package would be arriving the next day as well as the estimated delivery time. Then the morning of delivery I received another email letting me know a more exact time the package would be arriving. Had it not suited for me to be at home I could have easily rerouted the package to a neighbor or if it would have been a non perishable item, I could have requested delivery at a later date.
