Tonight for dinner I made Creamy Sausage and Potatoes. I liked the flavor the ranch gave the potatoes. There was none leftover so I will take that as a sign that it was yummy!
Creamy Sausage and Potatoes
3 pounds small potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 pound smoked sausage, cut into ¼ inch slices
8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
10 ¾ ounce cream of celery soup
1 envelope dry ranch salad dressing mix
Place potatoes in slow cooker. Add sausage.
In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, soup and salad dressing mix until smooth. Pour over potatoes and sausage.
Cover and cook on Low 6 – 8 hours, or until the potatoes are tender, stirring half-way through cooking time. Stir again before serving.
