Do you ever have those days when you just can not think what to make for dinner? I know that I have those days more frequently than I should. I thought I would share with you a recipe that is easy to assemble and also tastes delicious too.
This Six Layer Casserole recipe like the name suggests uses only 6 basic ingredients and the best part is that you probaly already have them on hand.
6 Layer Casserole
2 Cups Potatoes
2 Cups Carrots
1 medium onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef, fried and drained
Velveeta cheese slices
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
Layer ingredients in order given in a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
