Giant Shopping Trip: $28 Worth of Ann’s Biscuits and More ONLY $0.98 After Gas Rewards

My shopping trip this week at Giant scored me some unadvertised freebies in the gas reward categories. The items pictured above have a shelf price of $28.10. After sales and coupons, I paid $20.98. This purchase earned me 800 gas rewards points which equal $20.00 off my next 25-gallon fuel fill up. The way I figure this means I paid $0.98 for my groceries!

Please note, I did purchase a few other non-sale items to bring my total to $25 so that I would receive the gas points. Also, both the biscuits and the Philly Swirl items are not advertised in the gas reward categories, but they should be tagged at your local Giant store.
