Yes, I was wondering that, too. i never used Staples rewards. I thought it was just a few points per dollar?
For the Staples Rewards you get back whatever amount it says. Like for the paper you will get back $20.99. So after you purchase the paper you will then get the $20.99 in a paper form in the mail then you take that to the store and purchase something. I usually use these rewards to buy ink.
