Giant Shopping Trip: Spent $43.50 On Post Cereal, Mars Candy and More, Earned $48 In Gas Rewards

It is great shopping week at Giant. The items in this picture have a shelf price of $84.42. After sales, coupons and Catalinas I paid only $43.50. I then earned 16oo gas reward point or $48 of free fuel! This means this shopping trip was a moneymaker of $4.50!!

I love being able to earn moneymakers on grocery items I know my family will enjoy and eat. Cereal is a fairly common breakfast item at our house and if you have bought any recently you know that it isn’t cheap. I’m glad to know I won’t need to be buying cereal for a while. I don’t often buy candy so these Mars items will be a treat we all enjoy. The Birds Eye Recipe Ready items are a new one for me. They are veggies that have been cut, sliced and diced so they are ready for the grill, soup, pizza and much more.
