I suspect it might be my ignorance as I’m not familiar with Target Cartwheel, but I’m not finding the Nerf coupon when I follow the link.
No, it isn’t your ignorance!! I’m brand new to the Cartwheel thing as well but I found the Nerf offer under toys. It then appears you print it out and they scan it at the register. I hope that helps and that you can find it.
